I am a qualified and registered naturopath, medical herbalist, medical nutritionist, remedial massage therapist and aesthetician, as well as a doctor of clinical hypnotherapy, psychotherapist, counsellor, family, couples and sex therapist.

I have more than 35 years experience in the health industry and am dedicated to helping people maximise their physical, psychological and emotional wellbeing.

My training has been with recognised institutions in the UK, USA and Australia and I am constantly involved in education and research in the health field.

My approach to helping people is to look at the whole person, so that we assess the physical and psychological aspects of any condition and devise a holistic way for you to gain optimum health and vitality.

People often ask me why I am qualified in so many fields. The answer is quite simple: I realised when I started working in the health industry back in the 1970s, the importance of treating the mind and body together to offer the best solution for healing.

As a child I was obsessed with science and art, with a huge thirst for knowledge. One of the things I teach is superlearning, which enables people to learn at an accelerated pace. This has allowed me to spend my adult life in continual learning, to acquire new therapeutic skills, which I use in my day-to-day clinical practice.

I am the author and editor of several books, including Self-Hypnosis for Life: Mind, Body & Spiritual Excellence, a guide that shows you how to achieve your full potential mentally, spiritually and physically with self-hypnosis, using naturopathic principles of living.
