At the time of booking an appointment for treatment, either in person or by phone, a credit card number is required to confirm the appointment (or full payment by cash). Any cancellations or changes of appointment must be made 48 BUSINESS HOURS in advance. If you cancel after this time, or do not show up for your appointment you will be charged in FULL for the session.
